ZEAMAP is a database for pan-zea genomics and maize genetic improvements by integrating the maize multidimensional data including genom assemblies, transcriptomes, pan-genomes, genetic variations, genetic mappings and evolutionary selection sites. This database would interrelate the current recourses and provide a platform to quick seach and achieve certain data, perform bioinformatic analysis online, and provide the browsing and visualization of diverse data and analysis results. This platform would facilitate the full use of maize multi-omics data and provide information for maize genetic improvement.
